From Junction 43 of the M6 motorway follow the signs for A69 to Newcastle. On reaching Brampton take the turning for the town centre and then turn onto the A6071 signposted for Longtown. Approximately one mile from Brampton, and after crossing over a bridge over the river turn right, signposted for Walton. Continue through Walton and follow the signs for Kirkambeck, continue through Kirkambeck following signs for Roadhead. On reaching Roadhead continue through the village and turn left immediately after the Village Hall, then turn right. The land is located on your left hand side.
