You can cancel your membership at any time.

Your membership can be easily cancelled using the following steps:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go into 'My Dashboard'
3. Click the 'My Profile' button
4. Click Cancel Membership, which is located on the right-hand side of the group(s) tab.

If you have a balance in your loyalty account, this will be lost when you cancel. This can be used towards future buildings insurance payments etc. with ourselves.

Members on a free trial are limited to five high scoring properties that are valued at a 10 to give you a trial experience of our premium service.

Property Forecaster is a proud member of The Property Omsbudsman scheme, approved by the Office of Fair Trading. We adhere to a strict code of practise and go above and beyond normal legal consumer protections.

We take security very seriously. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., which provides full fraud prevention facilities. We do not hold or process credit card data.
