Bloor are a great developer and 'The Loddon' design is also super popular as it offers similar square footage to most three bedroom homes in the area, with people often converting the first floor into three bedrooms. We've even heard that Bloor are now building this design as a 3 bed in future developments, so it clearly lends itself perfectly to that. As it stands you have two very spacious bedrooms, and the first bedroom further benefitting from an en-suite shower room & fitted wardrobes. Downstairs is also really well laid out with entrance hall, lounge to the front which is really light and has storage under the stairs. To the back of the home you have this amazing kitchen/diner, which has a really nice finish and decor and and opens into the sunny, west facing garden. Also close by you have plenty of amenities including Dobbies Garden Centre which now has a Waitrose, along with a great butchers and within Shinfield Village you have Co-Op a few popular pubs, a post office and the brilliant Crumbs Café, making for a great hub of the village. There are main bus routes close by taking you into Reading or Wokingham towns and you are just a few minutes from Mereoak Park and Ride or junction 11 of the M4, making it a really well connected location.
