Conveniently located at the edge of the development, and backing onto a tree-lined field. The house is set back from the road behind a low hedge, with a driveway to the side where you can comfortably park two, or even three cars.
Entering beneath an attractive and practical canopy porch into the lobby where there is space to hang your coats, you find the stairs straight in front of you and a door into the living room to your left. The living room is spacious and welcoming and from here you go through to the kitchen/dining room, but not before passing a well-appointed downstairs cloakroom/W.C. and a built-in storage cupboard opposite. The kitchen itself is fitted with a comprehensive range of modern units, with space for your appliances and there is plenty of room for a family dining table. Glazed double doors open to the large conservatory, which depending on your preference could be a formal dining room, additional seating area, a playroom, or even a space to work from home... take your pick!
Upstairs there is useful space on the landing for a bookcase or storage drawers. The main bedroom is a good size...the sellers have fitted large wardrobes to one wall, but you could have free-standing furniture if you wished to configure the layout differently, and you also have the benefit of an en-suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms, both rear aspect, are a small double and a generous single - perfect for a young or growing family, and completing the accommodation is the family bathroom.
The rear garden is fully enclosed, making it safe for young children or pets, and you have a lockable gate access from the driveway, and also out from the rear boundary. The garden itself features a patio terrace adjacent to the conservatory... a great spot to enjoy summer meals, or a drink or two in the evening, with the remainder of the garden laid to lawn.
