When we bought our home we wanted somewhere we could easily walk into town and the station, while still being a safe place for the kids. The location has been perfect for us and we fell in love with the open brickwork - the layout was like nothing we'd seen before and it's been so great for us. We've made the decision to sell now as we'd like somewhere with a smaller garden but we know someone else is going to love all the outside space there is here!

Doing the job we do, we often think we've seen it all when it comes to house remodels - but this one took us by pleasant surprise! The kitchen/dining area has this lovely exposed brick curved all that you just don't expect to find, and the dividing wall could come down between the two if you wanted, whilst retaining that unique curve. The staircase is also a great feature into the living room and not something we often see in houses like this. The real stand out feature here has to be the garden - you're on the corner so it wraps around three sides of the house creating different zones perfect for dining on the patio, football goals and even a swimming pool if you follow in the current owners footsteps!

Coningsby is 0.7 miles, or around a 10-15 minute walk, to Bracknell station and The Lexicon Shopping centre and Bracknell Leisure centre is even close in the other direction. You've got an abundance of parks on the doorstep from Mill Park to South Hill Park and tonnes of little playgrounds in between, as well as Swinley Forest 5 mins away in the car. There's plenty of primary and secondary schools in close proximity - check out our Key Facts for Buyers report for more information.
