A block of arable land and pasture land in the desirable village of Temple Guiting located in the Cotswold AONB.
The land comprises a ring-fenced block of arable and pasture land. The land is classified as Grade 3 according to the Natural England Agricultural Land Classification. The soils are of the Sherborne series being shallow well drained brashy calcareous clayey soild over limestone, associated with slowly permeable calcareous clayey soils. The land is capable of producing a wide range of winter cereal crops.
The arable land extends to approximately 22.47 acres and the pasture extends to approximately 11.9 acres. There is a small woodland belt extending to 0.57 acres.
