Owners comments...
The house is situated in a nice, quiet and friendly neighbourhood. It's surrounded by lots of nature with plenty of play parks, woodlands and ponds all accessible by pedestrian walkways and paths which means it's a great place to get out and about with children. The close proximity to the train station means it is an easy to commute into London or pop into Bracknell town centre where there are lots of shops and restaurants. We have found this to be a great family home with an ideal location and have been very happy here

This house ticks so many boxes for many people... Detached. Four double bedrooms. Garage. Driveway Parking. Sunny Garden. Walking distance to the station. This list goes on! There's also some lovely character features with the bay windows and open fire place in the living room, and the ktichen/dining room is a great entertaining space we're sure the whole family will congregate in! The bedrooms are all very evenly sized as well, and even the entrance hall and landing have a lovely feeling of space.
Area comments...
Upshire Gardens is less than a 5 minute walk to Martins Heron station, and there's Tesco Super Store with a Costa Coffee just round the corner as well. There's plenty of nature reserves to walk to like Savernake Park & Pond and Swinley Forest as well as tonnes of other parks and playgrounds dotted in between. Bracknell and Ascot town centres are a really short drive away as is accessing both M3 & M4 motorway networks.
