We are only selling the house because we are living abroad and it has become expensive to hold on to this house while living abroad. You will have noticed that the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and some of the flooring have recently been renovated. On top of that, you have a very new boiler that was just purchased earlier this year. We have also installed a water softener on the property, which was expensive to install.
