The property is a great investment for whoever buys it. Filton Abbeywood train station is within walking distance, or Parkway station is a short drive.
Baddocks Wood round the corner is great for Dog walks, the downs are a 25 minute walk or 5 minute cycle away. Public transport is plentiful with Southmead Hospital acting as a hub for many bus routes.
Horfield Sports centre is a 10 minute walk, or the Bawa sports centre is a 5 minute walk and has a big field out front which is great for morning runs.
