Our property is situated in a very attractive, well-kept and quiet cul-de-sac and has beautiful fields, walks and Linear Park literally footsteps from the front door. There’s a great sense of community in Corsham Road and some very keen gardeners! We knew Corsham Road was the property for us when we were looking to buy a property to let out in 2012 as we used to live just around the corner, loved the area and wanted a property where we would live ourselves. These properties are rarely available so we jumped at the chance. We have let the property to the same lovely couple for the whole time we have owned it. The couple very much made it their home for 12 years and were very happy here. We will miss being greeted by the beautiful red rose bush at the front door and all the little birds that line up along the fence in the lovely private back garden.
Ryan & Sanjay's comments...
Ryan lived just a few roads away from this house so can really vouch for how lovely the location is, and the front garden gives it great curb appeal. You don't often find a one bed maisonette with a totally private rear garden, so we're really happy to be marketing this one. There's also a garage and plenty of parking and on top of that, the lease has well over 900 years remaining!

Corsham Road is a lovely little cul-de-sac within the popular Fords Farm development within Calcot. Linear Park is on your doorstep and ideal for walking the dog or an early morning stroll. Local amenities are close by with easy access to local supermarkets including Aldi, Lidl and Sainsburys. Accessed from the Bath Road, you can reach the M4 Junction 12 within a short drive, and Reading town centre is, either by bus or car, in the opposite direction about 3 miles away. Really convenient location makes this the ideal first home or investment buy.
