We chose our home on Trussell Road mainly for its prime location. It’s just a short walk to a community apple orchard, a wonderful primary school, and the greenery of Cabbage Hill, with easy access to Bracknell and Ascot. The street has a strong sense of community, making it a warm and friendly place to live. The house itself is easy to maintain, with ample space for expansion and personalisation.

Trussell Road is a fantastic road, the houses all have brilliant kerb appeal and this house in particular is located towards the bottom of the road. There is a path from Trussell Road so you can walk to the orchard and Larks Hill Park which is great for families. Close by are some great amenities too, including all that Tesco Warfield has to offer as well as the Plough & Harrow Pub and the Yorkshire Rose being a very short walk away.

This house is an excellent family home with so many brilliant features.
Starting outside, the driveway is spacious and includes a carport with additional storage.
Moving on inside, the downstairs WC being adapted to house the washing machine and tumble dryer is a great move, because it keeps the kitchen dining room a social space. To the front of the house is the generously sized living room with tiered shutters that provide privacy while still allowing plenty of natural light to come through.
Upstairs you'll find four good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom with the master benefitting from an ensuite.
Also the garden is completely private and not overlooked at all which finishes off this brilliant family home.
